At times it may be necessary to clear your browser\u2019s cache to return CEF+ to a functioning state. Follow the instructions below for your browser to clear your cache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Google Chrome\u00a0(Desktop)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select \u201cMore tools\u201d and then \u201cClear browsing data\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose a time range from the drop-down menu at the top of the window. If you want to delete everything, select \u201cAll time\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Check the boxes next to \u201cCookies and other site data\u201d and \u201cCached images and files\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click on \u201cClear data\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Apple Safari (Desktop)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open the Safari app on your device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on \u201cSafari\u201d in the top menu bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select \u201cPreferences\u201d from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on the \u201cPrivacy\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click on \u201cManage Website Data\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Select \u201cRemove All\u201d to delete all website data, including cache.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Google Chrome (Android)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open the Chrome app on your Android device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select \u201cHistory\u201d from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Tap \u201cClear browsing data\u201d at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Choose a time range from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. If you want to delete everything, select \u201cAll time\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Check the boxes next to \u201cCookies and site data\u201d and \u201cCached images and files\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Tap \u201cClear data\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Open the Settings app on your device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Scroll down and select \u201cSafari\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Tap \u201cClear History and Website Data\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
