Missing Invite Email

Sometimes invited users may not receive their invite email. If this issue occurs follow the instructions below to resolve the problem.

  1. The invited user should search their inbox for an email from noreply@cefplus.com. If they can confirm that they do not have an email from this address, then they can try the steps under point 2.
  2. If their user account is listed under your account in the user section, then the user has been successfully created in the system even if they didn’t receive their welcome email. The invited user can visit app.cefplus.com and use the “Forgot Password?” link to request a new password. CEF+ will send them a password reset link from noreply@cefplus.com. By following the link in that email, they will be able to set their password and gain access to CEF+.
